Histórico de entregas de um evento

Lista as tentativas de entrega de um evento (sucesso e falha). Útil para diagnóstico e reconciliação após outage. Pela política da IORQ são até 11 tentativas por evento, em cerca de 70 h (esperas de 30 s, 2 min, 10 min, 30 min, 1 h, 3 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h e 24 h), cada uma com 10 s de timeout; o max_attempts do webhook pode mudar o total. Exige a permissão wsm_read_attempt.

UUID do fundo (credit vehicle). Entregue por e-mail na seção Fundos liberados quando a IORQ provisiona seu acesso. Obrigatório em toda chamada à API operacional (hs-receiver) e ao serviço de webhooks (webhook-sender-manager). Deve corresponder ao fund_id informado no corpo ou na query quando aplicável.
